We have shipments to all locations that have coverage with the parcel companies we work with.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide their correct information to ship the products. Shipping is already included in the cost. If the package is delivered to the wrong place because the client gave their information incorrectly, it is the client's responsibility to pay for the shipping service again. .
Deliveries must be considered within an open schedule from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm according to the terms of service of each of the parcel services. In the event that someone is not available at the delivery address, the package will be returned to the parcel office waiting to be delivered again. In this case, request support from the Customer Service area to contact the parcel company. for a second delivery attempt. The parcel service may make the delivery attempts that apply depending on the service, ranging from 1 to 3 attempts, in case the package cannot be delivered in the following attempts; The parcel company may send the package to an office close to the home so that it can be collected by the customer.
